On tap at the brewpub tonight. Listed as a 'heavily hopped session beer'.
Appearance - A very golden yellow-orange beer. A finger of head that laces to the glass quite well. Appears to have low carbonation with a blossoming floral and sunrise look to it.
Smell - Pink grapefruit hits my nose immediately. Strong hints of blossoming flowers are noticeable as well. Citrusy pink lemonade and grapefruit are very prominent.
Taste - Heavy in the areas of floral and pink grapefruit; as the nose suggests. This has a radically different taste that I can't exactly pinpoint. It must be the hops or malts used. It eventually gets sort of a rotting lemon-lime taste.
Mouthfeel / Drinkability - This beer is extraordinarily drinkable and easy to down in no time. Very light bodied and bitter on the tongue. Bitter grapefruit and floral notes dominate throughout. Not as bitter or hopped as expected.
