Another “pub exclusive”. Having this beer on-tap at the brewpub. Served in a pint glass, this beer draws a clear, light to medium golden color with a white head thats about 1/2 inch thick when first drawn and served. Head settles to a fairly thick ring lining the inside of the glass along with some good lacing. Aromas of some bready malts and some earthy and herbal hop notes. A very similar flavor profile with the aforementioned bready malts and the earthy and herbal hops that provide the perfect amount of bitterness. A very well balanced flavor profile, even if it is simple and straight to the point. And that works just fine for this beer indeed. Because that is just how Guitar Man was. His music is simple and straight to the point. Not overly complex, and he did it very well. Has a crisp, smooth, and medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish in the flavors linger nicely on my palate after each sip.
