Another “pub exclusive”. Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. Serve in a pint glass, thisvbeer draws a clear, medium to dark amber color with an off-white,?nice, fluffy looking head that’s about 1/2 inch thick one first drawn and served. Aromas of some bready malts, along with a bit of caramel sweetness and Sam earthy hops. A very similar flavor profile with the aforementioned slightly toasted, caramel, bready malt sweetness along with some earthy, slightly dank hops I provide just the right amount of bitterness. A very well balanced flavor profile overall. Not a very complex flavor profile, and that is really just fine here. Has a crisp, also smooth, light to medium bodied mouth fill with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish, and all of the flavors linger on my palate for awhile nicely after each sip for the aftertaste. A good beer here From the fine folks at the GLBC.
