Color SRM, she's a 4, yes a four leaf clover, and she looks a lot like a pilsner, and clean as a whistle I'd say; I never seen something so clear ! There ain't no lace, so you don't have to worry about havin' to clean the glass when you're done for sure !
Smell: 5.0 l 5.0
It smells like a shamrock, and
it smells a bit like malt, but maybe mostly it smells like the copper piping in my house, I'd say !
Taste: 5.0 l 5.0
Oh yes, now we're talking ---this one, she's full of malt, and more than a hint of the clover, mighty green this one is: can't really say what is hopin'ng with his beer, but it sure do taste good !
Mouth feel: 5.0 l 5.0
Oh yes, this is right where she got me ---right here on my lips ! I couldn't really expect anything finer ---I'm jest sayin', she's light but sassy!
Overall: 5.0 l 5.0
Bejaysus, you'll be lucky to get a taste of this sweetness before the end of the month of March, I would say !
Sláinte !

12oz can served in a pilsner glass. Date stamp on bottom of can: 09:21:02 April 8 26B 44969C.
Appearance: Clear golden yellow - a bit on the darker shade of yellow like slightly tarnished brass. Thin white head with a few persistent strands of lacing. Good looking beer.
Smell: Clean, just the barest amount of hops - not sure I can really pick out the hops as claimed in the description. Not a lot going on.
Taste: Crisp, with some underlying maltiness, but also a bit of cooked cereal at the finish. Light bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation and thickness. Not fizzy. Not as dry of a finish as you would think this would be.
Overall / Drinkability: Admittedly, when I think of Irish Lager, I do think of Harp. This isn't Harp, and maybe with some food I might enjoy it more, but by itself, it's great looking and has the aspects of a good beer, but the cooked cereal finish is bit off-putting. Just okay in the end - not as good as the other two Conway's in the GL Party Pack, but still glad I tried it.
