On cask at the Monk's Table for Barrel Bragging Rights, into a sampler tulip. Collaboration between Steam Whistle's Erica Graholm and Matt Caldwell from One Beer At a Time - brewed on Amsterdam's equipment however (hence the listing). A witbier brewed with lavender.

Murky darker orange with a light white head, and a ring of retention. Nose is very cologne-y, floral and herbal. Some wheat, light citrus, potpurri and soapy lavender come trough as it warms. Taste has wheat, flowers, light herbal, gentle citrus and some clove-y spice character. Lightly drying finish, medium feel with some texture to it. Cask carbonation detracts, but on tap this could've been real interesting. Quite a nice floral/perfume-y wit.
