Poured out of the tap a maple brown. Solid eggshell white head clung to my glass leaving nice lacing. Pleasant aromas of caramel malts and nippy alcohol esters with hops under that. Full flavored and muscular. Bold caramel malt and sweet malt are balanced by a strong floral hops that bites. Medium/heavy body and medium carbonation gives this brew a hearty mouthfeel. Easy to drink but clearly high in ALC %. Deceptive and one of the better beers I believe the Bobcat produces.

Served a deep copper with a nice olid off-white head. This is a big beer. Malts are quite large and very nicely balanced by a big hoppy finish. This is certainly my favorite of all the beers I've tried at the Bobcat so far. I hope they have this on tap for a while, because I will certainly be back for it. They need to start selling growlers!
