The appearance was a cloudy yellow color. Head dissipated immediately. No lace. The smell had all of the normal characteristics of a hefeweizen ’ s aromatics - good amount of spicy clove hitting banana esters sweetly. Normal weizen /yeastiness slides in for the balance. The taste was sweet and "hefeweizen" spicy with the appropriate quick sweet to spicy finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light allowing the spice to hit but not too harsh. Overall, hey, despite being in a pint glass, this is a pretty good hefeweizen.

Pours a nice pale-gold color with a one-finger head. Made with 50 percent malted barley and 50 percent wheat.
Aroma is a mixture of banana and clove along with wheat. Great for the style.
Sweet and full of banana and clove with a hint of citrus. Nearly creamy as well. Easygoing.
Goes down smoother than gravy. Clove and banana linger but not like a pair of bad guests.
Very well done. Highly drinkable and enjoyable!
