Enjoyed at the Belgian Beer Fest.
A - Pour is a slightly hazy deep copper, dark amber with a very small head that leaves little lacing.
S - Like the other Bobcat offerings I had that night, the smell is a bit too subtle for me. Whats there is good though with slight vinegar and sour fruits. Light malt sweetness too.
T - Similar in taste, there are more of the light flavours of sour fruits and vinegar with the typical malt sweetness mixing throughout.
M - This was a problem at the Bobcat booth. Something couldn't have been right with his taps, as the beer just simply wasnt carbonated enough (especially noticeable in others). This one was good, and nicely drinkable, but still could have used more.
O - I thought this was an okay flanders. Again, needs more amped up aromas and flavours to make this one stand out in the crowd.
