Enjoyed at Belgian Beer Fest.
A - Pours a typical saison colour, nice deep straw/light gold hue with a light white head with minimal retention.
S - Some light barnyard funk and lemon peel citrus notes. Subtle sweetness too.
T - More intenser nose here. Good funk, nice citrus notes and spice characters. Tastes like a good european saison.
M - Feel bad for Bobcat on this one. Somethign wasnt quite right with their tap, resulting in this beer being well, flat. Such a shame.
O - I feel like this was a good beer, just not presented well at the fest. Needed better carbonation and a little more potent characters.
