A deep garnet colored beer that comes with a medium off-white head - gorgeous color. The aroma is of citrus, sweet fruit and very ripe apples, with some sweet maltiness in the background. Taste is more of the same, with the malt becoming a little more prominent. The apple notes blend very well with the malt; perfectly balanced. Mouthfeel is medium; the hops and malt linger together for a few seconds. A great beer. It had been on tap for 3 months when I had it; would love to drink this fresh.
