Copenhagen 25/7 2025. 50 cl bottle with a swing cap from REWE. Rügen-Galerie, Sassnitz. Red label with a horizontal black stripe. Sporting two World Beer Awards (Gold in 2020 and Bronze In 2023).

Pours clear yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a paper the layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a stronger dry, sharp scent. Sweet pale malts and bread. Grains and whiff of lemon. Grass. Dry vibe.

Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with only a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.

Fresh, sharp, dry and bitter Pilsner.

Pours a clear yellow with soft, fine head.

Smell is bready, clean and crisp with notes of rye, knäckebröd, citrus and wheat dough.

Taste is bready, clean, crisp and slightly herbal. Notes of rye, grains, citrus and some knäckebröd. Solid bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.

Overall, a very nice, balanced pilsner.

Clear yellow color with white head. Aroma is mostly grainy and bready with some leafy hops in the background. Taste has damp grains, bitter leaves, cooked vegetables, cardboard, some light metallic flavor as well. Light body with medium carbonation. Quite harsh and bitter for a german pils, it wasn't an enjoyable drinking experience for me.

A: Light golden pour with a large white airy head. Dissipation is pretty fast leaving only some lacings.

S: Malt, some sweetness. Bitter hops and faint citric notes.

T: Nice bitter hops up front balanced with malt that isn't to sweet.

M: Aftertaste is rather long, nice bitterness. Body is medium as well as carbonation.

D: A nice German Pilsener. Nice bitterness.

Best before 13-06-05. Good poor out giving a nice head that's Thick, lasting an snowwhite. Nice pale pilscolor and clear.
Nose is hoppy, estery and malts only being in the background giving it a beautifull flowery nose.
Taste& aftertaste is dry and hoppy with malts again only playing a little background role. Mouthfeel is smooth like silk but bitterness( however could even be more), carbon dioxide and dryness are mostly there. More then just a good beer and hope to drink it soon again.
