Orangey body, white head. Smell and taste are the same in this simpler pale lager. Sweet euro malt, slight grain, corn, a kiss of caramel and earthy hops. Feel is light and malty, very smooth but not much to it, the paleness is reserved

500ml can. Poured out a clear, golden color with a small, fizzy, white head of foam. It left minimal lace on the glass. it smelled of corn, grains, caramel and floral notes. Sweet toasted bread taste with a mild bitterness and clean finish.

Can into ZBF 2010 stemware. Reviewed live in Ghent, Belgium. Acquired in Switzerland.
A: Three finger head of decent cream, fair thickness, and bad retention, especially for the average ABV. Colour is a dark copper. Nontransparent.
Sm: Musty scent of caramelized malt, cream, and slight nut on the fringes. The caramel is dominant. A moderate strength scent.
T: Bland cream open to a moderately full barley body with watery notes on the climax accompanied by bland caramelized malt. Very simple, generic, and garbage. Not well built. Balances its blandness evenly, for all that's worth.
Mf: Smooth and wet, with some strange coarseness on the open for seemingly no reason. Complements the blandness nicely.
Dr: Simple high price garbage. Avoid and ignore. Carry on down the aisle, lads. Don't even turn your head to examine this one.

Tall 50cl can picked up from a local supermarket. My first brew in Switzerland, but only because this was the only one I had cold.
Pours a slightly hazed burnished golden colour, with a filmy and large-bubbled head of white foam. Carbonation streams through the body very quickly, suggesting very little residual sugar. Head is disappointing, and it's not a great looker all up, but it has a little more character than the average Euro pale.
Light pilsner grain on the nose, with a subdued green Euro hoppiness. A little too sweet, with a cake batter type aroma to it as well. Pretty average all up.
Taste is similar, although a direct, slightly coppery hop bitterness through the centre gives it a touch of character. Otherwise, there's some light dry grain, and a fine sugary character that thankfully dries itself out by the end of the palate. Feel is rather broad at the start, but tapers off at the end.
Eh. it's a pretty average beer, but probably slightly above the average standard of a generic Euro pale. Not something I'd actively seek out, but not something I'd turn down in disgust either.
