Copenhagen 5/6 2025. 50 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. White can in the usual Stangen Brand Design with a stylized Stag with a huge set of antlers.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized, creamy white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet feruityand malty odor mingle g with a bit of tart citrus fruit. Sweet oranges and a hint of banana. White sugar. Lemon.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. On the verge of being fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourish bitterness. aftertaste is sourish but a bit watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit thin - but overall decent.
