Pours a clear amber with thick, firm head.
Smell is sweet and malty with notes of dried fruit, syrup loaf and citrus.
Taste is malty and sweet with a moderate bitterness. Notes of dried fruit, syrup loaf, citrus peel and rye with some nutty hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Bock, a bit laid back on the nose.
