The colour is yellow with a tint of gold (6 EBC), the liquid clear. The finger thick white head dissolves quickly, leaving no lacing.

The smell got some sweet malt/wort and bitter hop extract. It is clean and somewhat flowery.

The taste is light, but all the flavours I expect from a German Pilsener are here. Passing bitter notes with some flowery flavours. Is is dry (as in non-sweet). Medium body. The aftertaste is medium bitter with some flowers and hints of butter. The finish is dry and bitter.

The carbonation is medium strong, the small bubbles are very fresh. The liquid is light, but not watery.

A highly drinkable and clean pils. The flavours aren’t particularly strong, but at 3.5 % it is quite OK.
