Trent 17/7 2025. 50 cl bottle from Edeka, Ossenreyerstraße, Stralsund. Silver label with the brewery’s red logo with a shield and a fortress in the background.
Pours clear yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a more subdued, sourish scent. Sweet pale malts, bread, cereal and cardboard. Grains. Metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a lighter sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet, malty undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet and malty with a metallic edge of alcohol.

A: Clear golden pour with only small bubbles. A large white a bit uneven head leaves some lacings.
S: Sweet malt and some bitter hops.
T: Kind of sweet creamy malt with some bitter hops, not much else going on.
M: Aftertaste lingers for some time - bitter. Body is creamy medium full, carbonation is creamy medium.
