Poured a light amber orange, with decent head and lacing. Smell is floral hoppy, slight malt in there too. Taste has a good hop presense, with caramel malt tones too, but seems like a watered down version of the IPA. Mouth is the same way, just not as good as IPA, and lacking of distinction from it.

Poured into wide mouth rocks glass: color is pale gold, head is off white, presents one finger thick with fine to small bubbles, head dissipates to solid top and lacing on glass sides.
Smell is light citrus, moderate earthy and herbal notes, light malt toast and hint of caramel.
Taste is in line with classic pale ales - moderate hop character of citrus, earth, herbs; malt is light but notable with roast and light caramel.
Mouthfeel is low/moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness.
Overall a very good pale ale - solid malt and hops with clean notes.

Clear pale gold appearance.
Around medium carbonation with a close to medium body.
Aroma is the nicest quality, malt, cereal, grassy, and a slight bit if earthy floral hops.
Taste doesn't stray too far from the aroma.
Overall its a really exceptional pale ale.

21st Amendment Pale Ale pours a nice golden color with a small, long-lasting, lacing head. The aroma has notes of earth and dark, deep vegetable notes. The flavor is the same, darker, with vegetable notes, hints of earth, and decent bitterness. Good feel. Overall, a nice, stronger, bolder pale ale with a good bitterness.

Really excellent pale ale! Nice golden-amber color with a big ivory colored head. Just the right carbonation.
Very strong Cascade hop aroma with a touch of malt.
Well balanced hop-malt flavor with a lot of hoppy bitterness. This taste was strong enough to compete with some IPA's.
Great mouthfeel-just right for pale ale and perfect with food.
Very drinkable. I had two and wanted another except that I also intended to try another different beer.

A bland but inoffensive Pale Ale, 5.3%. The pint i had was fairly enjoyable, a good Pale Ale for a session or before moving on to something a little stronger. Appearance and aroma were both good and overall i found it to be a refreshing if unmemorable beer.

Tap@21st Amendment Brewery, restaurant and bar. Its not bad, some lemony caramel, not much hop aromatics as youd expect, pretty thin in flavour and depth. Probably my least favourite of this brewers, there is not a lot happening here, drinkable, yes, but a little boring.

This beer pours a nice orange color, a shade darker than the IPA. Aroma is subtlely floral. This beer packs a good amount of flavor at the beginning. Very fruity. Slight floral character. Not pine cones. Not outrageous grapefruit. Smooth with a nice mildly dry finish. Overall: very fruity pale ale.

This beer poured a light amber. Head retention was just O.K. and lacing was scattered and thin. Nutty malty aroma did not preview the citrusy hop flavors that were to follow. A very nice and refreshing ale. Centennial hop profile, some orangey notes too. Good solid drinkable brew from a kick butt small brew pub.

Sampled from a 1 week old growler collected during a madcap weeked at the Toronado Barleywine Festival.
Beer is sampled from my heavy half liter BOOLA glass stein.
Beer pours a bright orange copper with a crisp carbonation bubbling up through the brew into a very crisp, yet low white head.
Aroma is vaguely nutty with a large catty citrus hop aroma reminiscint of Centennial and the like .
Flavor is dominated by an initial nurst of good orange hop flavor with a followup of lightly toasted caramel malt with a light weight resiny bitterness that leads into a drying hop bitter that coats the mouth with a numbing citrus oil.
