Served on tap at 21st Amendment (bar/brewery) on 6/18/2011. Going through older notes.
A: Clear golden, small / quickly dissipating head
S: Lightly "kolschy"; fresh bread smell; maybe a bit of caramel malt in there.
T: Pilsner-like hop bite; otherwise, pretty standard kolsch taste, with some bready maltiness; the hops also provide a mild fruitiness (raspberry?), but no particularly noticeable flower aroma or earthiness.
M: Light bodied and very drinkable; fizzy mouthfeel.
O: Good example of a kolsch, with less malt and more hops than usual.
