A - Served a hazy copper-orange color with a thin finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly quickly leaving behind some lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of sweet caramel malt with some citrus hops and a bit of Belgian yeast.
T - Starts off with some sweet caramel malts with some citrus hops and some bitterness. Through the middle, some richer bready malt comes through with some Belgian yeast flavor. The finish is a mix of sweet malts with some citrus hops, bitterness, and some Belgian yeast.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a nice hoppy and yeasty finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice mix of American elements and Belgian saison elements with a good balance of hops and fruity and yeast esters.

Between a golden and a pale ale; 21st ammendment's rendition of a belgian saison
Appearance: Amber, clear, minimal head
Smell: Spices and yeast; belgian-syle
Taste: Very belgiany with corriander/licorice notes
Mouthfeel: Mostly smooth with a bitter kick at the end; lingering, yeasty finish
Drinkability: Pairs well with a meal, in our case onion rings, which brings out the alcohol and the overall freshness of the beer itself.
