On tap in sample glass during the 2011 Bistro DIPA Fest. Pours a dark orangey gold color with a thick light-tan head. Sweaty bready aroma with light citrus notes. Herbal hop blast with toffee and bready malt basis. Solid but doesn't seem like the massive DIPA it's billed to be.

A 9.7% IPA collaboration made by brewers Zambo from 21A and Rodger Davis from Triple Rock... Wow!!
Served in a tulip glass at 21st Amendment.
Lots of bursting flavor in this "triple" IPA. No big offensive beginning bite. The beginning and middle are full of citrus, with a soft and sweet but not too sweet finish that says "take another sip".
A very nice job here guys... Why can't we keep this around???
