On tap at 21st Amendment.
Pours a clear reddish copper color with minimal head, just a slight ring around the glass.
The aroma is nice and sweet, very fruity with lots of tropical notes - mango and coconut especially - with sweet malt, vanilla, and Belgian yeast.
On the flavor, it’s rather sweet but in a very good way. Lots of tropical fruits and coconut, sweet pale and caramel malt, oak, vanilla, Belgian yeast.
Low carbonation with medium-full body and a nice alcohol warmth to it without being overly boozy.
I like this one a lot, even if it’s not exactly what I expected it to be as a Quad.
