(A beer that showcases the Mosaic hop).
Reddish-copper color with a slight chill haze.
Citrus, tangerine, tangelo, kumquat, passion fruit, kiwi, melon, pineapple and papaya. Really explodes with tropical fruit. Both highly interesting and unusual aromatically.
Super clean on the palate. Cantaloupe, honeydew and citrus. Hops are seamless in this beer.
Medium bodied, soft and silky, but still manages to have nice structure and development. The hops move the beer all the way through the palate to wonderful, developed, clean finish.
Really interesting and artfully crafted. Could session this with no problem.
(Tasted in a sampler at the Brewpub).

36 IBUs and described as "generously hopped American Pale Ale with citrus notes and tropical fruit aromas from Mosaic hops."
Enjoyed a pint at the brewery last week. Server said that it was a special recipe that one of the guys brewed up as his wedding brew. Too bad if that is the case, because this beer was delicious and smelled like a perfect APA: rich, juicy fruit. Very drinkable and not a palate killer.
