Slightly hazy gold body with pure white active head.
Plain light malty aroma.
Plain beer flavor.
Plain beer mouthfeel.
This is just a plain, plain beer.
Like almost all japanese Kölsches and alts, this has absolutely no character or excitement. These knuckel head brewers just got the reciepe that came with the brewing equipment and have not changed a thing since. You would do well to aviod all Japanese alt and Kölsch.
