L- Pale chestnut brown, clear, pours with 2mm just off-white fine bubble head - looks good. ps. holds well/forms lacing.
S- Bready malts
T- Malts, a broad sense of it being quite roasty-toasty, and a modest dry flourish across the palate into the finish.
F- 'Dark lager', like a lager with some meat on it's bones. Certainly more suited to winter when the palate craves some presence.
O- I like it. Very trad, nothing shouty or new-fangled, out of place or balance. It's eminently sessionable, esp if you could buy it at closer to or at local prices. Bought as a specialist import it costs more than super-solid beers from Fullers/Youngs both of London, so as interesting as it is to try, if I have it again it'll likely be on holiday in CZ,
