Pours a frothy foamy rich 2 finger head with good retention, tons of soapy lacing, semi hazy med golden blonde color
Nose is great, some juicy tart funk, a little lemony tartness and hints of sour stone fruit and a bit of berry, a bit of Brett barnyard funk, strong malt as well, with a bit of sweet grainy malt, blonde Belgian malt and a bit of straw, hint of sweet honey
Taste brings grassy straw and malt up front, grainy cereal malt, straw, lemongrass, semi sweet fruits with some stone fruit, berry like mulberry maybe, a little candied white grape and white wine, then funk, a little tartness with some lemony acidity, funky Brett barnyard funk but a lot, grassy floral spicy hops in the background at first then in the foreground late as it gets fairly bitter with spicy med-higher hop bitterness lingering
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, med to higher frothy carb
Overall pretty nice, hops get a bit aggressive and spicy but still quite nice in general

Murky dark orange body with a full cream colored head and thick periodic bands of lacing. Herbal and grassy hops with supporting garden botanicals in a beautifully yeast body in both smell and taste. The hops linger long after the esters. Feel has great contrasting sharpness from the hops and soft yeastiness. Frankly this odd ball combos is fantome at its best, they do the garden flavorings with a classic backing so well

Dry hopped Belgian Pale, in the vein of Taras Boulba, which I just had prior.
Hazy orange, lots of foam, sheets of delicate lace. Aroma is grassy and herbal, some light malt sweetness as well. Clean and straightforward with some nuance.
Taste is moderately bitter, grassy hop notes linger into the dry finish. Very classic profile with an amped up level of hop bitterness. Easygoing carb, fades a bit towards the end. Versatile with food and an easy drinker. Love the wacky label, looks like text in a photo run through Google Translate.
