Look: hazy, dark golden to amber with a thick white head
Aroma: tropical fruit, grapefruit, herbs/grassy
Flavor: It's very fruity, biscuit, apricot, peach, and grapefruit. It is bitter at the end (herbs, orange peel, grapefruit rind).

A very saison like IPA!
Purchased at the Craft Beer Cellar in Dallas. Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Bright, clear yellow color with with a fluffy effervescent white head and great curtain lacing. Floral, herbal smell and taste with some lime. Pleasant hoppy bitterness comes out at the end. Taste becomes more herbal as it warms. Light, refreshing and very satisfying. Something you could drink all day!
