Herbal, resiny pine, straw, lemon, and floral notes. A lot of hoppy resiny pine, herbal, and straw taste. Sweet citrus, straw, and belgiany aroma.
Lingering bitterness. Dry. Reminds me of Pilsner Urquell. 4 month old.

Copenhagen 17/3 2018. 33 cl bottle from Ørsted Vine, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C. Big X made of Hop plants on the label with the declaration that "This is not a Pils".
Pours milky, opaque golden yellow with big white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweetish and intense. Orange, citrus, white sugar and humid Belgian Basement.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick, creamy texture.
Flavor is nicely balanced between medium sweetness and slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is medium bitter. Lingering.
A fine, pretty light lunch beer with a moderate bitter twist.

11.2oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a good-sized, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky patches of lace on the glass. It smelled funky with barnyard notes, caramel and spices. It tasted of spices, yeastiness, toffee and a hint of funkiness.

De Belgiuminabox. Montnaod router Huawei wifi 6, y webcam. Luego jugando a God of War 3. En copa Grimbergen. Ligera, con perfil belga muy seco y con bastante presencia herbal. No está mal pero tampoco dice mucho. Se echa en falta dulzor

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe (£1.91):
Golden amber, translucent & topped with a 1cm, foamy white head that holds well; there's some lacing on the sides of the glass & plenty of visible carbonation rising to the surface too. Sharp & fresh on the nose with citrus, dry hops & some yeast alongside floral notes with a little banana & spice at the end too. Some apple, pears & citrus fruits open up the taste but it's a touch more subdued than the nose; there was some spices & yeast further on too with grassy hops & herbal flavours rounding things off. It's a lively beer with a very dry palate that's sharp & crisp too.

L- Deeper gold, some haze, a couple of small lumps of sediment entered the pour at the last moment. Pours with pillowy white 2Cm head [ps. which holds really well].
S- I just get some blended mild citrus zest.
T- Wooh it's hoppy-dry; I wasn't expecting that on my first sip of beer today! Well, it certainly isn't a Pils! In fact it's so hoppy it's making me sneeze repeatedly!!
F- This is really drying on my palate...
O- I can hopefully finish this beer but it isn't working for me. The hoppy dryness dominates completely for me, meaning it seems majorly unbalanced. Not a beer I'd wish to drink again.
330ml bottle BB: 24/01/2022. Bought from BelgiumInABox Antwerp/BE for home delivery to me in London/UK.
--Update: After seriously disliking this beer I accidentally ordered another bottle as part of a jumbo-batch from a UK beer warehouse. I'm going to edit my original 3.75/3.25/1.75/2/2 rate somewhat as I'm surprised to find this one a lot more palatable. Yes it's still dry but I'm getting detail I didn't get last time, like quite complex aromatic timber notes. It's still somewhat more austere than my go-to range, but it's ok. Now 3.75/3.25/3/3/3
