I had this several times in northern Kazakhstan recently, in Karaganda itself and also further north. It's a standard but good, enjoyable lager. Moderate white head soon thins to foamy ring, no real lace. Aroma bread dough, grass, hint of soap and hold honey. Taste, nice full-bodied dough and grain with some grass and flowery hints. Some bitterness and sweetness both noticeable and fairly balanced. Nice hoppy zing.
