Appearance: orange in color with a 2" head that slowly falls. Moderate lace paints the glass.
Smell: little aroma here as some soft caramel and hint of bitterness are hard to pull from the glass.
Taste: caramel, pear sweetness, and a mild bitterness produce a well balanced but very mild flavored IPA.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Crisp to start, a bit less so at the finish.
Drinkability: decent session IPA, but this one is more of an English IPA not an American IPA as listed.

Called" Uncle Andy's IPA" on sign out front I am guessing the same beer?Came to the table in a standard pint glass a light copper color with not much to speak of,clean aromas for an IPA a little green leafiness and butter a hint of hard water but rather bland.Flavors are more English IPA and American leaf and a bit of biscuity sweetness and butter the hops show thru again late with a mint herb character.Eh it was ok but the hops are to subdued I guess for my taste.

Neutral amber color; clear. No head nor lace on this glass.
Very low aroma--no flaws either.
Good bitter taste, but not at the level I am accustomed to. Still, the flavor is excellent, perhaps closer to an American Pale Ale. I enjoy the body, as it is the best part of the beer.
While this is a good offering, it is not the finest example of an American IPA. Perhaps in the APA category, it would be a finer example.
