Had this on tap at Shawnee Peak in Bridgton. It is brewed especially for the mountain. Named after the lake which abuts the mountain.
The look is pale brown with a initial head that dissipates
The aroma is sweet with a hint of earth and citrus hops
The taste is smooth all carbonation is upfront. To star the malt is sweet and becomes full of pale and biscuit maltyness. A slight hop finishes with a crisp feel
