05/09/07- Had on tap at Bitter Root Brewing in Hamilton, MT.
Presentation- From the tap into two 4oz samplers.
Apperance- Deep amber, light red in color. 1/2 inch head, fades fairly quickly. Leaves light lace trails behind.
Smell- Light smelling with a touch of malt and some light bitter hops. Maybe a touch fruity.
Taste- Deeper flavored malt base. A bit caramely and chewy with a dose of fresh hops.
Mouthfeel- As stated above, a bit chewy with a medium carbonation level. Goes down pretty smooth.
Drinkability- Not bad, would try it in a bottle if it came about.
