06/20/08- Consumed on my two week trip to Montana.
Presentation- Via the tap in to tasters.
Appearance- Light golden colored pour with a 1/2 inch head and nice lace streaks.
Smell- Mild grapefruit hop aroma with a bready and mild caramel malt background.
Taste- Had much more hop depth and flavor than expected for a single hopped brew. Grapefruit and other fruits make up the hop flavors and the light caramel and very bready malt notes really add up to a nice beer.
Mouthfeel- Average carbonation with a nice lasting hoppy aftertaste.
Drinkability- Quite a sessionable beer with very nice attributes.
