This straw-colored brew is fashioned after great American light Lagers. Flavorful while being easy to drink makes this Lager a year round favorite.

Harvest gold and nicely chilled from the tap, this "light" beer had an unexpectedly full body and all the refined flavors that you'd expect from a "normal" lager. Don't know how they do it. Honestly, I'm never going to go for a light beer, but I don't think I'd resent missing-out if I got stuck somehow having to drink this one all night.

On tap at the brewpub.
Light amber body with a weak head.
Robust and malty for style but certainly mild.
More satisfying than average, with af relatively full body and the usual crisp carbonation.

Reviewed from notes.

Pours a clear yellow straw color with plenty of visible carbonation bubbles and a nice white head. The nose brings some light grain and not too much else. No vegetables or cardboard, which is a plus here. Taste is similar with mild grain. Light body and really nice drinkability, especially when compared against its "peers."

For a light lager, this does not suck at all. I would not go out of my way to drink it, but it is perfectly pleasant. Nice color, a bit of malt in the nose and the taste. Light and a bit crisp in the taste and mouthfeel. I could drink it if I had to. That's about as good as this style gets for me.

Served as a pale yellow colored beer with modeat white puffy head. Fair retention.

Smell is light, as would be expected. No off-notes detected.

Taste is also light. Some malt is present to give a light fruit sweetness, but a=only marginally.

Rapidly dissapearing flavor with poor taste retention.

Nothing offensive about this beer, just not much there.

A light, seethru gold body with minimal head but it actually left a few lacings. An airy, grassy, hoppy smell but not much else. A sharp, hoppy taste that goes down extra smooth, slightly watery. Maintained a medium body so I knew I was drinking a beer. Not my first choice at all here, but better than any American macro, especially macro light, that I have ever had.

Draft pint at the District Chophouse; ridiculously light in color, even for a "light beer." But somewhat surprisingly there’s a nice smooth malty biscuity-ness to this, very reminiscent of a good Koelsch, this brings me home to Germany. Well done, pretty enjoyable light beer, I must say. Served on tap at the brewery while talking to the brewer.
Pours a light golden with an sticky eggshell head. Great lacing.
Quick, crisp and clean lager. Flavor is pretty straight up here. What saves it is the hearty body to the brew. No scrimping on it with the quality ingredients. Any budweisel fan in the group could be sidetracked with this one. Finished clean.
Very nice representation of the style.
