Pours black as night with a nice head. Goes down to a good lace. It clocks in with about 40 IBUs according to the chart behind the bar. It has a nice strong stout taste. Like a normal stout, just stronger. Not incredibly complex, but very drinkable. It seemed a tad watery for an Imperial Stout. Not watery overall, but for the style.
