Special notes: Brewed with the help of Boulangerie le Fleurage in the Nagano prefecture.

Overall, I thought this was a decent cinnamon ale, but the apple was really understated. I expected a lot more sweetness from this with the cinnamon as an accent. This is far from being a bad beer, but a bit one-sided in the apple-cinnamon combo.
