A nice new x-mas beer from the fine folks at the General. Dark copper with a nice head of off-white foam. Aromas are of various holiday spices, piney hops, and some near-roasty malts. Taste is spicy with a lovely mix of spices making this brew taste reminiscent of a ginger-man cookie. Good stuff. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied and nice, drinkability is good. Unique and interesting, but still very drinkable, what more can you ask for?

I have no idea how to categorize this brew, as it was apperntly just added this week. Best guess is a pale ale or IPA, but, it isn't quite like that. I a strong sweetness to it, and a hidden alchohol impact. Pours a darker copper color, smells a citrus pine. You get a nice intial hop flavor, wich slowly fades into that familiar sweetness from alchohol. It is almost a 1/2 breed of a beer, not really sure where to go. But it mixed well in the final package. A little heavy on the mouthfeel end, and I don't think this is a pounder by any means, but a good solid once in a while brew
