On cask today at Max's.
The beer pours a solid gold color with good pretty good head retention and lacing (especially considering the abv. and cask conditioning). The nose is fairly attractive, showcasing light honey, cereal and light sweet malt. On the palate... it really is amazing how much flavor Brittish brewers seem to be able to get into a low alcohol beer. While the flavor profile replicates the nose (with some light bitterness on the finish), I'm impressed by the amount of flavor this beer delivers. Mouthfeel is a bit light, but that's to be expected in this low alcohol beer. Drinkability is very good. The alcohol is low, but the beer still delivers plenty of good flavor. For what it is, this beer is just excellent.
