Had this one at the 4th annual Lititz cask beer festival.
A - Pours golden amber with a small white head leaving light lace down the glass.
S - Smells of wet grass, citric hops, caramel malt, and fresh apples. This one smells ok but it really didn't blow me away here.
T - Starts off with some citric hop bitterness quickly giving way to a mix of caramel sweetness, fresh cut grass, apples, and some other light fruitiness. Some biscuity feel creeps in toward the end but it isn't strong enough to effect anything.
M - Medium body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Slick, bitter feel that clings to the pallet throughout the experience.
O - This was my last beer at the festival and it was a pretty good way to end the day. It had good overall balance and
