This is the special unfiltered version of Eggenberg light (svelte). May be available only at the brewery.
500ml serving in Eggenberg mug at brewery
Slightly hazy golden, with bright highlights and durable white head.
T - surprising impression of mineral water base, although there are minerals in the brewery's water. Some of this impression may be due to the yeast. In any case, this is noticeably different from the standard light lager. more bitter than sweet, with a nice contribution of bitter hops.
S - aroma is less yeasty and more hoppy than expected
M - very good carbonatiion level; near medium body; slight dryness
O - a tasty variant that is claimed to be particularly healthy. Sampled about 12 hours apart, i think i preferred the regular filtered version, but certainly no strong preference.
