Absolutely, mi favorito - of the Modelo Cheladas. I poured the TALL can, Into a TALL pilsner glass(I want this to slide down in tasty portions). The look, is really amazing. It looks like watermelon juice with cayenne pepper on the head. And residuallly STICKS to the glass, like a Bloody Mary would. Pulp action. Sooo good! I didn’t think this would be my favorite…but dammit, this one is DELICIOUS. And the smell follows the look of the Chelada. Get one. If only to TRY. Cheers!

Pinkish orange tone, loose bubbles with a gritty film. Not the prettiest beer, but typical for the chelada style. Smells like watermelon candy and bubblegum.
Tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher candy rolled in chile, lime, and salt. Savory from the salt, mildly sweet from the sugar, tart from the lime, mild heat from the chile. Tiny bit of corn or malt from the base beer in the aftertaste. It’s actually a decent combo for the style. Feels kind of medium bodied with all the additives, but the carb seems low.
Overall it’s decent enough to try, I easily finished it. Pairs well with Mexican food.

24 ounce can into willi becher glass, canned on 5/03/2023. Pours moderately cloudy golden amber/light pink color with a 1 finger foamy pink head with poor retention and reduces to a thin lace cap that lingers with fruit/spice floaties. Aromas of big watermelon juice/pulp; with light red chili pepper, grain, and herbal hops. Taste of fresh watermelon juice/pulp, grain; light red chili pepper, salt, herbal, grass. Light herbal bitterness, fruit tang/tartness, and pepper spiciness on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light body. Balanced grainy malt, sticky spice, and fruit acidity in the mouthfeel. Crisp, clean, refreshing, nearly bone dry finish. Mild lingering acid/salinity, and a bit of increasing pepper heat after the finish. Perfectly clean lager flavors. Amazing showcase of fruit all around with mellow spice/salt. Perfect summer beer.

24 FL. OZ. can
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours a brilliant amber hue with burnt orange highlights. It is topped with a fleeting head that leaves no trace.
Briny watermelon smell
Watermelon and salt make a refreshing flavor. The pepper is subtle and adds a delicious umami taste.
Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
A summer treat

Specs of watermelon/chili peppers (I hope) floating in the beer, watermelon snow cone flavor on the nose and tongue, and this was easily the spiciest tasting of Modelo Chelada I've tried so far.

24oz can. Poured out a crystal clear, reddish color with a very small, fizzy head that did not last at all. It left no lacing. It smelled of fake watermelon flavor and some spicy notes. Faint watermelon taste with some chili taste and not much else.

What color is pink-amber? Attractive enough, though the foam subsides quickly. It does actually look like bits of pulp if you give the can a good slosh when you pour. Odd aroma that is sort of like watermelon but veers off into Mysteryland. The sweet taste and sugar are alarming at first, and the flavor is more like candy than fruit, but it's "interesting." The chili warmth comes on suddenly and gets moderately hot. Somehow the more acidic and less sweet versions of Cheladas work better for me. But for 3.5% you get a big gulp. From the giant can purchased at the supermarket.

Pink can with pictures of watermelon on it.
Pours a Pink Beer with a momentary pinkish white head. Very strong carbonation.
Smells of watermelon Jolly Rancher candy. That is it. It smells like watermelon Jolly Rancher.
Starts out salty watermelon with a mild pepper bite. Taste of salted watermelon is a summer staple. The addition of a bit of chili pepper works.
Mouthfeel is high carbonation.
Overall not a bad experience. I can drink this.

Pours out a light pink, with tons and tons of chunky sediment; literal watermelon chunks, I guess? The pink soapy head dies away almost instantly. Looks like vomit haha.
Smells sweet and like watermelon candy, but not bad. It doesn't lean too artificial; it's a little more floral and vibrant than watermelon jolly ranchers. Smells just like Mexican watermelon lollipops coated in tajin. I guess that's the point. Sweet and candy-like, but zesty and fragrant. Smells inviting.
The salt hits your tongue right away, chile spice, and then a massive wave of watermelon candy sweetness. The sweetness, salt, and spice hit hard upfront but then it finishes out lighter and more clean, preventing cloy and grossness. Nice bubbly carb. Finishes a bit sweet, but mostly clean. A little bit of chile warmth lingers, but it's certainly not "hot" or overly spicy by any means. A nice oomph of candied flavor, but still an easy drinker.
A solid Chelada. Pretty enjoyable, actually. I would definitely buy or drink this again.
