The appearance start out good, nice head, golden brown color. The flavors are decent a nice hop profile some what of an odd taste in their maybe a little yeasty. Overall its below average and just no up to par for what I would expect from Lake Superior. I wouldn't recommend seeking this one out unless you just fall over it on accident.

Originally reviewed May 6, 2005. On tap at the Hacienda Del Sol - Duluth, MN. Hazy, slightly cloudy infected urine dark golden pour, with thin crystal white head. Like apple juice. Aroma of faint light malt. Hoppy malt, very thin and lacking any true deepness. Finishes smooth and leaves a nice lingering earthy tone.
