Appearance: Slightly more orange than usual hefeweizen with modest head and some lace. Would have preferred a richer red colour.
Aroma: Not bad. Pomegranate, banana and clove.
Taste: The banana and clove flavours are here, along with orange that I have detected in a normal hefeweizen of theirs before. There is a gentle pomegranate flavour as well but it's only an infusion, and it comes across rather sweet instead of tart.
Mouthfeel: Medium, decent for the style.
Drinkability: An interesting beer which works reasonably well as an infused beer, but I think this would be much better if it was loaded up with some more pomegranate.
