500ml bottle from Drinks of the World, Basel (4.50 CHF):
Fruity tasting & pleasant with a lively feel & good, strong carbonation. Lots of flavour with bananas dominating but not overpowering thanks to some bubblegum & various other fruits & flavours helping to balance things out; an excellent offering & definitely the best of the three from the brewery that I've tried.

A beautiful foam, an orange color, the right appearance of a weizen.
A good peppery nose, with yeast and wheat. Fresh and pleasant.
Light peppery notes in the taste, too, more intense in the aftertaste, where some banana hint rises up, too.
Good and interesting weizen, quite peculiar, thanks to the delicate but intense pepper.
Quite good body, too.

A great hazy golden color body, looking a bit still. The head is amazing, perfectly dense and creamy, and lasting forever. Great smell too, very yeasty, with a powerful emphasis on the bananas, with hints of some sour cream cake. The taste is of banana and yeast, with some sour cream. Very tasty. The finish is spicy. The mouthfeel is very creamy, smooth, round but full. The carbonation is adequate for a great drinkability. Very similar to The Weizen made by Sky Beer in Japan. Your best pick amongst Ueli Biers.

This is a wheat beer I could kill an afternoon drinking. A very nice, cloudy deep golden color with chubby white head bubbling over, and lots of fine carbonation rising up. Aroma of clove and banana with some vanilla. The flavors folllow suit with vanilla and clove and a touch of banana. Medium bodied, solid malt backbone, and very creamy. Yum with a capital Y.
Not as complex as other Bavarian Wheats, but the more simple flavors really stood out in this beer. Enough complexity to keep it interesting glass after glass, my favorite wheat so far.
