Sweet and sweet with a pleasing aroma of citrus and spices, but very subdued. Slightly cloudy with a strong white head. Aroma was the best part of this beer, but the body was solid and not as sweet as the aroma promised. Lacked the lactic sourness I was expecting as the back flavor. Highly drinkable with the aroma the real benefit. I wish my wife would put a dab behind each ear.

This was my second favorite that they had on tap today. After the long drive, this was a tasty and refreshing blonde. It has a nice sweet fruity and yeasty smell that shouted out belgian much more that their lighter novice. It also went well with our appetizer of brussels style mussels. Very good with a sensible abv that made this quite easy drinking!

Sweet spun sugar and malt aroma with a little bit of spice. Cloudy Yellow. Fluffy white head that fades fast. Mild spice and ample yeastiness with maybe a tinge of apple fruitines. Not the most flavorful beer, but has an incredible mouthfeel for this style that I found very enjoyable.

Just an excellent ale from this small microbrewery. The unfiltered, hazy yellow body is topped by a lovely creamy off-white head that laces quite nicely.
The aroma is full of the great yeast smell so distinct in the Belgian brews. This follows in the flavor and is quite delicate and delicious; never over the top or too pronounced. The feel is creamy and smooth with a medium body and feel. Quite a nice, drinkable ale. Just great with their traditional Blond Beer Soup.

This is an excellent, refreshing blonde ale. Smells and tastes of fruit, clean and tangy. Average ABV, but a top quality ale. I enjoyed this even more than their excellent dark ale. I wish they were closer to home, I would be a regular patron. This may be the freshest beer I've ever tasted. Some hop bitterness noted, but extremely well balanced. The best on tap beer I've had (admittedly, I don't go to bars often!). If you're in the Tampa area, try this one.
