I noticed a nice fresh aroma of biscuit and a light beachy aroma. Flavor on the palate was minimal with no distracting flavors, and very light citrusy hop aspects. I totally respect such a light beer as an ale because there is no where to hide flaws, and in this beer there weren't any real flaws to hide. I am just not interested as much in light styles. Thinnest head of all of the St. S beers.

This is an attempt at beer for more macro tastes. It is very light and crisp and a little on the unassuming side. This would be a perfect beer for folks used to Coors or Bud. It is very light with little to no aftertaste. It is a very lightly hopped beer to the point of almost being undetectable. Not a lot of bittereness, but enough so the beer isn't overly sweet.Comes in at 3.5 abv...

Brewed for the typical macro drinker or the non-beer drinker wanting to give something a try. Not bad for a light beer, but it is a light beer.
The flavor is typically light malting with some light hops to balance. Very pale yellow body with a decent white head and some light lace, but not much.
The nose is light lager, with just a trace of malting. This place's food deserves a much more full-bodoed beer.
