12oz bottle into a pint glass. No freshness dating.
Decent enough look, slightly hazy yellow body, small white head, streaks of lacing. Light grain on the nose, taste is light, clean, a honey-like sweetness. Finish does dry out a little. Just about okay for the style, a little citrus might have helped.

I tried this beer at the Westside brewery. It was part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had grain and subtle lemon notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain and biscuit base and slight citrus highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had good carbonation. Overall it was a good beer.

Comes off more as a maltier wheat style beer, there is definitely some citrus rind and clove spice flavors that remind me of that, but it is mostly pretty bland, there is a grassy hop note that runs counteractive to the rest of the beer.
