12-oz bottle poured into a pint glass.
A = Hazy, murky orange tined amber with very small off white head that quickly dissipates leaving half of surface covered with light foam and medium bubbles. There is a lot of particulate matter in this beer. Not very attractive at all.
S = Light scents of fresh baked cinnamon rolls and lemon-orange marmalade. Not a bad smell at all but a little too subdued.
T = Creamy, very light spice, earthy flavors from the hops, fair bitterness, strong malt flavors of cinnamon buns, muffins with mixed citrus marmalade, tart citrus bitterness, good bitter finish. This is actually pretty tasty but I would compare it to a malty English pale ale, not an APA which is what I was expecting.
M = Medium-light body, good smooth feel, medium mouthcoating.
D = This is a pretty tame, easy drinking beer. Biggest draw back is I really find the appearance offputting. Tastes pretty good though and could easily picture drinking several while hanging out on the deck.

Appears a semi cloudy copper tone with a cream head forms even lacing with each sip. Aroma has some mild citrus grapefruit notes with a muted grainy sweetness seems very tame and a bit off with the grainy tone. Flavor is pretty uneven with the grainy semi sweet malt bill is really flooded by a mild bitterness and citrus peel flavors not very aggressive if anything just a lacks cohesive flavors try brewing better beer with this less shock appeal than Hard Cock"? Mouthfeel is medium bodied doesn't travel too well on the palate leaves a bit of the flavors that I didn't care for in the first place with even moderate carbonation. Drinkability...I guess I don't like Hard Cock, definitely not a favorite of mine I hope this won't be one of Erie's regular additions kinda half ass. I hope all is going well up at Erie brewing I noticed some of the grainy offness in this year's Drake's Crude which I found to be on par with the smoothness level of most other Oatmeal Stouts out there, I don't know.

poured into a nonic glass from a 12oz. long neck bottle with a crimped on cap.
Mirky,a strange glowing reddish/orange color with a lot of very tiny particles floating around. 1" white head dissapated quickly into a slight coating of foam with some slight very spotty lacing, not much carbination.
Faint to moderate aromas Grassy/grainy/bisquity a sight burnt aroma with some light toffee a bit a fruityness none of the aromas really stand out. A slight hint of grapefruit as the beer warms.
A malty, carmelly taste with a grassy/straw like taste. Metallic flavors with a bit of booziness 6.8% not overbearing but you know it's there. Finishes with a dry, sharp, citrus rind bite.
Light to medium mouthfeel with a bit of a watery feel, grainy texture make for some rough drinking. Had no problem finishing one of these but wouldn't want to drink another.
Not a really bad beer,i won't recommend it either.
This beer should have been named Semi-Rigid Cock
