Appears a slightly hazy unfiltered light golden sunshine hue with a large billowing white head dwindles away slowly leaving even lacing around my glass. Aroma contains tart citrus and lemongrass herbal qualities very fresh snappy hop nose. Seems like a keller style pils, biscuit pale malts light cracker sweetness with a touch of honey on graham cracker notes. I can't believe this beer it's amazing especially for the Hard Cock line from Erie Brewing after trying their ale I can't believe they put out a tasty drinkable yeast bread flavored flow with ample doses of hops. Flavor is fulfilling all around smooth flowing crisp malt profile with spicy herbal hops crashing through really balanced. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with ample spritzy carbonation , slightly sticky hop oils stick around on the palate. Drinkability is way too smooth, I wouldn't mind a case of this stuff.
