We took our imperial stout base aged 2 years in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels and loaded it with pounds of dark chocolate, bringing out deep cocoa flavors reminiscent of freshly baked chocolate cake.

Dark brown appearance with a sparse loose tan head that recedes quickly to a collar, low retention, sparse lacing. Big big milk chocolate, mild coffee, bourbon. Medium thick body, mild carbonation.
