Erie Brewing has teamed up with Big Rail again. This time, we are presenting you a hybrid ale version of a festbier which is traditionally a lager. We used a Kolsch yeast which is an ale strain at lager temperatures. This adds more flavor and depth to a pretzel-like malt bill. German Tettanang hops finish it off to balance this sweet, amber beer.
